Who We Are
Welcome to the Lake Minnetonka Chapter National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR). Founded in 2005, our chapter is named for historic and beautiful Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota, the natural centerpiece of the area we serve. Our members are from the west metro suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota, including our home base of Wayzata, and the surrounding communities of Minnetonka, Excelsior, Medina, Chanhassen, Chaska, Eden Prairie, St. Michael, and Plymouth, among others.
From Our Regent
“Our dynamic group performs meaningful community service projects in support of the DAR pillars of Historic Preservation, Education and Patriotism. We welcome all women ages 18 and older who can prove lineal descent from a Patriot of the American Revolution. We are a chapter for all women – working women, busy moms, active retirees, and you! For more information please contact us.”
